This heritage home ambience has been listed only for photoshoot purposes, and guests get full access to entire outdoor area and indoors. Minimum booking amount is Rs. 9000 (upto 9 hrs, 10 people). Additional guests are charged at hourly rate.

For cancellations made 72 hours before your scheduled booking time, we offer full refund. For cancellations made between 48-72 hours prior, there will be a 75% refund. For cancellations made between 24-48 hours prior, there will be a 75% refund on ambience rent only, with no refund on food ordered. Rescheduling is also allowed, subject to availability. For cancellations made between 12-24 hours prior, there is no refund on ambience rent or food.
Minimum booking amount is Rs. 9000 (upto 9 hrs, 10 people). Additional guests are charged at hourly rate. Payments are to be made fully in advance. Smoking is allowed outdoors. Pets are allowed in the ambience. The rate is for upto 10 hours of property access for upto 10 people. Guests can avail special boat service to shoot on the backwater with the church in the backdrop. Additionally, Unwynd will also facilitate permission to shoot on the outdoor courtyard area of the church (without disturbing prayer service times). Terms: *The primary guest will need to mandatorily present ID cards upon booking confirmation. *By booking this ambience, guests automatically consent to our terms to not use the ambience for any illegal or anti-social activity that disrespects the host or the space. *Any violation will be strictly dealt with and neither the host nor Unwynd takes responsibility for any untoward outcome. *The primary guest is also required to mandatorily sign in to the entry registry upon arrival (if the host has such a process in place). *Booking the ambience means automatically consenting to these terms. *Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the ambience. Food waste should not be left strewn around. The ambience should not be spoiled.
