For the sake of bookings, registering yourself on our platform and sharing information with the booked host, Unwynd will accumulate the following personal sensitive information from you while transacting through Unwynd Ambiences. Unwynd does not share or trade upon any of the above collected information without the permission of the user or customer at any time.
Collected information from the users/customers is put to the following use:
Name, phone number, and age are shared with applicable hosts for the purpose of reservation, services and hassle free check in. Information like email address may be used only for promotional purposes of Unwynd and no third party company, and the customer/user can "opt-out" of such use.
Unwynd does not monitor any Social Networking Sites content (SNS) for any purpose, including but not limited to, for accuracy, legality or non- infringement and Unwynd is not accountable for any SNS content posted / tagged by customers, general public, service providers and any third party affiliates etc.
Unwynd uses Bank Transfer to our HDFC bank account, on a direct transfer basis. Payment details or any other banking details are generally collected directly by the payment gateways and fintech provider but not by Unwynd Ambiences. If the payment is declined for whatsoever reason, alternative payment instructions must be sent to Unwynd for confirmation of sucessful payment; else, the booking is liable to be cancelled. It is customer’s duty to notify us about the payment failure.
Our Website / Social Media contains trademarked logos, service marks and by exhibiting them on this site, Unwynd does not permit anyone any license to use the registered trademarks. Any unlawful use of the Content may disrupt copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, civil and criminal statutes. Contents on our Site, including (but not limited) to audio, images, software, text, icons, videos and such like, are secured by copyright under international contracts and intellectual property laws. We do not permit anyone to use or permit the Content, excluding as stated herein. You approve to follow all instructions on this site restraining the way you may use the Content.
The content and information displayed on this Website (including but not limited to, price and availability of services), as well as the infrastructure used to deliver such content and information, is proprietary to Unwynd Ambiences or our hosts. While you may make limited copies of your travel itinerary (and related documents) for travel or service reservations booked through this Website, you approve not to otherwise modify, copy, distribute, spread, exhibit, perform, replicate, distribute, certificate, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell or re-sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from or through this Website.
If any dispute arises between You and Unwynd Ambiences during your use of our Website or you’re dealing with the ‘Unwynd’ in relation to any activity on the Website, in connection with the validity, interpretation, implementation or alleged breach of any provision of the User Agreement and all the rules and regulations, terms and conditions, and policies contained herein, the dispute shall be referred to a sole arbitrator who shall be an independent and neutral third party identified by Unwynd Ambiences. The Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 and IT Act 2000, shall govern the arbitration proceedings. The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English language. The place of arbitration shall be at High Court of Kerala, Kochi. Your obligations to pay the Payment Fees shall not be suspended during the arbitration proceedings.
Unwynd Ambiences hereby expressly disclaims any implied warranties imputed by the laws of any jurisdiction or country other than those where it is operating its offices. Unwynd Ambiences considers itself and intends to be subject to the jurisdiction only of the High Court of Kerala, Kochi, India.
