For cancellations made 72 hours before your scheduled booking time, we offer full refund. For cancellations made between 48-72 hours prior, there will be a 75% refund. For cancellations made between 24-48 hours prior, there will be a 75% refund on ambience rent only, with no refund on food ordered. Rescheduling is also allowed, subject to availability. For cancellations made between 12-24 hours prior, there is no refund on ambience rent or food.
All payment is to be made in full as advance. A minimum of 4 people are required to book this ambience. The outdoors and terrace are suitable to conduct workshops, classes, or remote working as well. Guests can bring their own food or order through delivery apps such as Zomato, Swiggy etc or pre-order from host's menu. the cost includes full access to property, including indoors and the swimming pool. Terms: *All guests will need to mandatorily present ID cards before entry. *By booking this ambience, guests automatically consent to our terms to not use the ambience for any illegal or anti-social activity that disrespects the host or the space. *Any violation will be strictly dealt with and neither the host nor Unwynd takes responsibility for any untoward outcome. *Hosts are also required to mandatorily sign in to the entry registry upon arrival. *Booking the ambience means automatically consenting to these terms.
