The ambience provides you with vast peaceful green outdoors to relax and restroom facilities to freshen up. Guests can bring in their own food. This ambience does not allow pets in the premises. Smoking is not allowed.

For cancellations made 72 hours before your scheduled booking time, we offer full refund. For cancellations made between 48-72 hours prior, there will be a 75% refund. For cancellations made between 24-48 hours prior, there will be a 75% refund on ambience rent only, with no refund on food ordered. Rescheduling is also allowed, subject to availability. For cancellations made between 12-24 hours prior, there is no refund on ambience rent or food.
Payments are to be made fully in advance. Smoking and pets are not allowed in this ambience. This ambience is only open for photoshoots and intimate events (max 25 people). Minimum of 4 persons, 3 hrs is mandatory. Guests can access the entire outdoor lawns, and room for freshening up/dress change. The hourly rate is for outdoor-only access. Group rates include indoor access. Terms: *The primary guest will need to mandatorily present ID cards upon booking confirmation. *By booking this ambience, guests automatically consent to our terms to not use the ambience for any illegal or anti-social activity that disrespects the host or the space. *Any violation will be strictly dealt with and neither the host nor Unwynd takes responsibility for any untoward outcome. *The primary guest is also required to mandatorily sign in to the entry registry upon arrival (if the host has such a process in place). *Booking the ambience means automatically consenting to these terms. *Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the ambience. Food waste should not be left strewn around. The ambience should not be spoilt or damaged. Due compensation will be sought in the event of any property or furniture damage.
