This fully private and enchanting outdoor farm features a beautiful gazebo and freshwater bathing pond. Surrounded by charming fruit trees this ambience is located in Karukutty. Neat and well-maintained basic washroom access is provided to guests. There are no rooms here. The host does not serve food, so guests can bring in their own food, water and cutlery. This is a free-spirited and self-served ambience that is apt for private get-togethers, and intimate events such as bridal showers, birthdays, reunions, photoshoots, picnics etc. You can set your own decor and arrangements as needed. Smoking is allowed.
Guests are expected to maintain reasonable sound levels while playing music as the orchard is a slice of paradise that is home to many birds.

For cancellations made 72 hours before your scheduled booking time, we offer full refund. For cancellations made between 48-72 hours prior, there will be a 75% refund. For cancellations made between 24-48 hours prior, there will be a 75% refund on ambience rent only, with no refund on food ordered. Rescheduling is also allowed, subject to availability. For cancellations made between 12-24 hours prior, there is no refund on ambience rent or food.
Bookings need to be made at least 8 hours prior. All payments have to be made in advance. A minimum of 3 persons is required to book this ambience. Guests are free to bring their own food and beverages. Smoking is permitted in the ambience. Terms: *All guests will need to mandatorily present ID cards at the time of booking, before entry. *By booking this ambience, guests automatically consent to our terms to not use the ambience for any illegal or anti-social activity that disrespects the host or the space. *Any violation will be strictly dealt with and neither the host nor Unwynd takes responsibility for any untoward outcome.

Had a fantastic time celebrating Onam with the Caterpillarz team at Unwynd Ambience! The property's lovely atmosphere and great ambience added to the fun. A perfect place for a one-day picnic. Highly recommended!

A beautiful place to chill out and to have some amazing moments with your family/friends. An amazing place with the greenery we miss nowadays, a wide variety of plants, a refreshing pond and a wonderful gazebo. Loved every minute spending here ❤️❤️
