Lying on the banks of Chalakudy River, this gorgeous ambience offers a serene environment for events, performing arts, private reunions, get-togethers, day outings and casual hangout experiences. The shaded waterfront is surrounded by a charming nutmeg orchard which keeps the ambience cool and welcoming even on a sunny day. The ambience is just 20 minutes from the Cochin International Airport and is a great getaway spot in the lap of nature not too far from the city.
This is a free-spirited and pet-friendly ambience.
Guests get access to the house indoors for photoshoots and freshening-up purposes while booking as a group. While booking group rates, any additional persons will be charged on hourly per-person basis. For example, if you choose the group rate for upto 50 persons, and you are in a group of 60, the additional 10 persons will be charged on an hourly per-person basis.
Min 10 guests are required for the host to service food orders.

For cancellations made 72 hours before your scheduled booking time, we offer full refund. For cancellations made between 48-72 hours prior, there will be a 75% refund. For cancellations made between 24-48 hours prior, there will be a 75% refund on ambience rent only, with no refund on food ordered. Rescheduling is also allowed, subject to availability. For cancellations made between 12-24 hours prior, there is no refund on ambience rent or food.
Payments are to be made fully in advance. Smoking is allowed outdoors. Pets are allowed. The cost includes access to entire outdoor lawn, nutmeg orchards and indoor resting space (for groups). A minimum of 2.5 hours is required to book this ambience. This is a free-spirited ambience. Terms: *The primary guest will need to mandatorily present ID cards upon booking confirmation. *By booking this ambience, guests automatically consent to our terms to not use the ambience for any illegal or anti-social activity that disrespects the host or the space. *Any violation will be strictly dealt with and neither the host nor Unwynd takes responsibility for any untoward outcome. *The primary guest is also required to mandatorily sign in to the entry registry upon arrival (if the host has such a process in place). *Booking the ambience means automatically consenting to these terms. *Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the ambience. Food waste should not be left strewn around. The ambience should not be spoilt.

It was wonderful experience for our Baby’s first Birthday event with Unwynd Ambiences.. The overall ambience and the property was amazing. The property we chosen from Unwynd Ambiences is one of the well maintained, clean and close to nature kind of in town and if you are looking for a Birthday event, family gathering and much more, go for it. I just loved the way they set their terms and conditions which are very much user convenient.

I recently visited one of the unwyndambiences properties at North Kuthiathodu. I have no words to say. Such a serene and peaceful ambience! Even loved the property they have built in. The indoors and the outdoors - totally worth it for any friends/family gathering. We had so much fun and had a great weekend getaway from all the busy schedules with so much privacy. This is my second visit and the team never disappoints us with the service too. I would highly recommend to visit the properties that unwyndambiences has got. I think any property would do the justice for any of your plans. Thank you team !!
