For cancellations made 72 hours before your scheduled booking time, we offer full refund. For cancellations made between 48-72 hours prior, there will be a 75% refund. For cancellations made between 24-48 hours prior, there will be a 75% refund on ambience rent only, with no refund on food ordered. Rescheduling is also allowed, subject to availability. For cancellations made between 12-24 hours prior, there is no refund on ambience rent or food.
Payments are to be made fully in advance. Pets are not allowed in this ambience. Exclusive accessibility only to the property outdoors. Terms: *The primary guest will need to mandatorily present ID cards upon booking confirmation. *By booking this ambience, guests automatically consent to our terms to not use the ambience for any illegal or anti-social activity that disrespects the host or the space. *Any violation will be strictly dealt with and neither the host nor Unwynd takes responsibility for any untoward outcome. *The primary guest is also required to mandatorily sign in to the entry registry upon arrival (if the host has such a process in place). *Booking the ambience means automatically consenting to these terms. *Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the ambience. Food waste should not be left strewn around. The ambience should not be spoilt or damaged. Due compensation will be sought in the event of any property or furniture damage. Please note that the booking amount is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. However, we do strive to provide a refund if we can find another booking for the same dates. Any damages incurred due to cancellation will be recovered from your booking amount. IV. Please instruct your catering and décor people to remove all of their equipment, décor items and waste within 6 hours after the event. Failing which will incur heavy penalty as we may have bookings the next day. Balance Tariff should be paid in full at-least three days before your stay or event. Failure to do so may end up in cancellation of your booking, with no refund of the advance payment. Per person per hour rates are only valid for a booking of 4 pax with 4 hours of minimum booking.
